Saturday 8th October 2022 – on the M74 to Glasgow

So I’ve taken the plunge.. finally put pen to paper (or thumbs to screen) to share my thoughts on this wee section of the world I inhabit.

I’m Lauren. Born and raised in Northern Ireland and now living the creative life in Manchester. I made the leap across the water to study at the age of 18 and, like most other folks, never returned home after graduating. For me, the grass was a wee bit greener!

I set up camp in South Manchester and haven’t budged since. I spend most of my days lecturing students in Theatre or working at Reform Radio station. Evenings are spent baking, eating, playing hockey and gaming.

So that’s enough about me for now. I’ve just reached Glasgow – glad I brought my big coat!
